How We Obtain Consent

  • Job Applicants: By checking the SMS consent box on our job application form
  • Employees and Providers: By checking the SMS consent box during the onboarding process in the FSC Portal
  • Clients: By checking the SMS consent box on intake request forms

Your SMS Rights

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from FSC. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us at 609-503-0484.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per week for operational communications.
  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. FSC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

SMS Data Sharing

No mobile opt-in data or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We use RingCentral as our SMS service provider. Your phone number and message history are stored securely and used solely for the purposes described in this policy.
